Shipping policy
We ship via USPS or UPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible, calculated by the size and weight of your order. Once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes to the order, including cancellation. Address changes must be made before the order is submitted and cannot be changed after the order has processed. We ship to the address listed in the order confirmation. Quick, check it twice! Thoroughly review and double check that your address is correct. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the buyer.
Orders will be shipped in the most timely manner possible. In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of your order being placed. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it should arrive in 2-5 business days depending on your selected shipping preferences. Please allow more time for the curation of custom orders and some handcrafted items that are made to order.
Estimated transit times are shown when you checkout. These are transit estimates once the item SHIPS and leaves our OK warehouse. This is NOT expedited service - only an estimate of the length of time the package will take to get to you once it ships. At times, due to bad weather, and during peak holiday season, shipping may be delayed.
Express Shipping is available for most products in our store, and is only available for orders in the contiguous U.S. Express Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates for either FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2-day. Orders placed before 2pm CST will be shipped same-business day. All orders placed after 2pm CST will be shipped next-business day.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit but will work with you to make it right. If you would like to insure your shipment via USPS, please contact us prior to ordering. The product is out of our hands once shipped and any claim should be addressed at your local Post Office.
If an order is placed online, we will ship the order and cannot have it ready for an in-store pick up at this time. If you live directly in Piedmont, OK, please fill out the contact form with your order and we can arrange for payment & pickup in an effort to waive your shipping costs as a local customer.
Please note: we ship Monday-Friday and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders take longer for delivery. On average, packages arrive within 2 weeks of shipment. We cannot control customs delays and while it is rare, packages may often take 3-5 weeks to deliver to International destinations. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for the parcel's time in customs. We cannot provide delivery dates for international orders as they are not available, and are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.
Any customs charges and tax fees that are incurred once the item enters the country are the responsibility of the BUYER. In some countries, buyers are subject to customs taxes and duties on items shipped FROM international locations. Vignette180 is not responsible for these taxes and duties. They are the responsibility of the buyer. Sometimes international shipments can be held at your LOCAL post office for pickup and not delivered at your doorstep. PLEASE be sure to check there if you are waiting for your order...they may forget to leave you a note.
