Refund policy

We do our best to work with customers regarding returns. I want your experience with Vignette180 to be a positive one. We love what we do and we want you to love your items. 

Our return policy covers returns of most products in new condition up to 14 days after delivery for a full refund, including handcrafted items. Sale items and any products listed in the vintage/antique category are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not provide refunds or exchanges on CUSTOM DETAILED ORDERS.

Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of being received at our warehouse in Piedmont, OK. If any item is returned after the 14 day full refund period, not exceeding 30 days after purchase, you will be issued store credit for the amount of the item at the time of purchase, minus incured shipping charges and/or restocking fee. Items returned that are final sale will be shipped back to the customer or charged up to a 50% restocking fee. Store credit will be emailed to the customer's email account that was created at checkout. Please note that all store credits will expire after a year. 

If we made a mistake with your order, we'll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt so that we can replace it for you. And don't worry- shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement. In order to return your item, fill out the contact form with your information and order number. 

Exchanges can only be made for different sizes of select apparel and lifestyle items that are the wrong size or scent. In order to process an exchange, please fill out our contact form and customer service will work with you. Unfortunately, we currently do not have any way to cover international return shipping, even if an item is damaged or defective.  There are no international returns, refunds, or exchanges.
